How to make Aloo pratha ? ( step by step with photo)
1 . To make aloo paratha, first put 4 medium-sized potatoes on to boil.

3 . To make aloo paratha, we mainly prepare two things: first, wheat flour, and second, potatoes. Some people also use maida instead of flour. But I use wheat flour.

5 . First of all, take wheat flour according to your family members.
6 . Here we will take flour for four plates and two parathas on one plate and go to it.
7 . Sieve the flour thoroughly so that the lumps and thick flour formed in it are filtered.
8 . Add half a teaspoon of salt to the sifted flour.
9 . Knead the dough with an appropriate amount of water.
10 . After mixing the flour well, apply one spoon of oil to the kneaded dough and make it smooth.
11 . Cover the kneaded dough with the help of a utensil or cloth.

12 . Now the potato is well boiled. Peel it and keep it cool. Mash the potatoes after they cool down.
13 . In mashed potatoes, one teaspoon garlic paste, one teaspoon ginger paste, four chopped green chilies, half a teaspoon red chili, half a teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon cumin powder, half a teaspoon amchur powder, four teaspoons chopped coriander, Add salt as desired. After adding all the spices, mix them well.
How to make aloo paratha?
14 . Take a ball of kneaded flour. Place it on a flat surface or a rolling board and roll it evenly with the help of a rolling pin.
15 . After rolling a small puri, put the spices in it, close it from all sides, and roll the paratha completely.
16 . By now the tawa has become completely hot. Put the paranthas on the hot griddle.
17 . After cooking one side for one to one and a half minutes, turn the paratha over and brush it with oil or ghee.
18 . Cook it till it turns golden brown. Similarly, apply oil or ghee on the other side and cook till it turns golden brown.
19 . Aloo paratha is now ready; keep it on a plate and serve it hot.
