Cilantro Chutney.
How to make cilantro chutney at your home ?
Cilantro chutney is a staple dip in Indian cuisine. You can have it with sandwiches, burgers, samosas, patties, and other finger foods. I use fresh tender leaves, garlic leaves, ginger, garlic cloves, and green chillies to make cilantro chutney. And to thicken the chutney, add two walnut kernels, five almonds, five cashews, and two pieces of apple. Here I have used lemon juice, chaat masala, and black salt for better taste in the chutney. I always use green chilies in my dishes, keeping the children in mind; use less red chilies. If your children and any family members eat less spicy food, then you should also adopt this recipe.
