Fish fry curry.
Frying fish with spices and making curry are important parts of our cuisine. We can make it in different ways. In the village, after catching fresh fish marinated with turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice, it is fried in a deep,z heavy pan. Marinated fish is more delicious. On many occasions, I have also seen that it is made without marinating, which can be a good option for people who use less oil. Here, we will first marinate the fish and fry it, then fry it and make its curry.

This non-vegetarian seafood is prepared locally in different ways in India. in which onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chillies, and coconut are cooked in spices as gravy. You can also use local herbs to make a fish curry that suits your taste and makes your fish delicious.
How to make fish fry curry.
Marinat.
1 . Before making fish curry, cut and clean the fish properly.
2 . To clean the fish, wash it with salt and vinegar so that its smell goes away.
3 . After cleaning the fish thoroughly, marinate the fish by mixing turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice.
Fry fish.
4 . Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
5 . Put the marinated fish in oil and fry it. To fry the fish evenly, turn it over and fry the other side as well.
6 . Fry all the batches like this and keep them separately.
Masala.
7 . To make the masala, fry one teaspoon each of yellow mustard seeds, chopped bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, and dry red chilies till they crackle or smell.
8 . Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chillies and let them cook till the raw smell goes away.
Gravy.
9 . Add half a teaspoon of salt to the tomatoes and mix.
10 . After the tomatoes melt, add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and two cups of water. Mix and cook the spices.
11. After cooking the spices for about 5 minutes, gently put the fried fish in the spices. so that the pieces of fish do not break.
12 . Add one spoon of fenugreek and cook the fish for 8–10 minutes.
13 . The fish is ready; you can take it out in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and eat it with rice and roti.
