Gobi Manchurian is a classic Indo-Chinese dish made with spicy, sweet, and sour chutney. gobi manchurian is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that is preferred in wedding ceremonies, on big occasions, and almost everywhere in India. Cauliflowers are fried in cornstarch, which makes them crunchy. Here we will make a dry version of Gobi Manchurian. To make gobi manchurian, I coat the gobi in batter and fry it. Gobi becomes more crispy when fried. You can also fry the cauliflower by coating it well with batter after blanching.
The special thing is how you make Manchurian: to make spicy and masaledar sauce, use the appropriate amount of tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and spices, depending on your preference, whether you like spicy or mildly sweet tastes. A good sauce makes your dish spicy. We can make gobi manchurian two ways: dry or in the form of gravy. We can have the dry version as an appetiser and the gravy version with our common meal of rice and roti.
How to make gobi manchurian ?
1 . Cut the cauliflower and keep it in boiled water. After washing it thoroughly in water, take it out and keep it in a strainer, so that all the water can drain out of it. To dry cauliflower, keep it in an open utensil.
2 . To make batter, place two spoonfuls of cornmeal and one cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl; you can also use rice flour instead of cornmeal.
. Mix one spoon of soy sauce,
. half a spoonful of red chilli powder,
. add salt according to taste, and make a batter by mixing it with water.
Keep stirring the batter so that lumps do not form in it. Add the florets to the batter.
3 . Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium heat.
4 . Fry the florets until they turn golden when the oil is hot, so that they become crisp.
5 . After cooking one side, flip the floret to the other side and cook till it becomes evenly golden. Take out the fried florets and keep them on a kitchen towel.
6 . Fry all the batter florets in the same way.

7 . To make the sauce, heat two spoons of oil in a pan. If you want, you can also use the remaining oil.
8 . When the oil becomes hot, add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and capsicum, and cook for about 1 minute, until the raw smell goes away.
9 . Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and red chilli paste. You can add sugar according to your taste to sweeten the sauce.
10 . Make a slurry of cornflakes in a bowl, add a cup of water, and cook the sauce till it thickens.
11 . Turn off the heat when it thickens. Add the fried cauliflower florets and mix them evenly with the sauce.
12 . Pour the gobi Manchurian in a bowl and serve with rice and noodles.
