Pav bhaji /Pav bhaji recipe.

Pav bhaji is a favourite snack. It is liked all over India. Or you can say that it is one of the favorites. In different places in India, bhaji made with vegetables is prepared in many local ways. Originating in Mumbai, this pav bhaji recipe is today adapted to suit all regions. Anyway, this is a delicious recipe. This bhaji recipe is especially good for kids who hesitate to eat vegetables.

How to make bhaji ?

1-:First of all, take the vegetables of your choice, wash them cleanly with water, and cut them.

2-: After washing the vegetables, heat a vessel on medium heat, add one spoon of oil, and add all the chopped vegetables.

3-: Here I have mixed 1 cup cabbage, 2 carrots, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 cup peas, 2 potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 cup water and boiled it covered for 15-20 minutes.

4 -: After the vegetables are cooked well, mash them well with the help of a ladle and make sure that there are no lumps in the vegetables.

5-: Heat one teaspoon ghee and two teaspoons butter in a pan on medium heat.

6-: Now fry chopped capsicum and onion in it till they turn brown.

7-: Now add 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, and 1 teaspoon kasoori methi, and mix and cook by adding 2 cups of water.


8-: After cooking for about 2 minutes, put the mixture of vegetables in the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and mix it in the vegetable.  Vegetables are ready.

9-: Keep the griddle on medium heat and heat two spoons of butter. Place the prepared bhaji on the side of the griddle and fry it with spiced butter by placing a pav in the middle. Fry the pav with bhaji on both sides.

10-: Fry both sides of the pav to make it hot.

11-: Both pav and bhaji are ready. Serve it with lemon, coriander, chopped onions, and butter.

Pav bhaji instant pot.

1-: First of all, take the vegetables of your choice, wash them cleanly with water, and cut them.

2-: After washing the vegetables, heat a pressure cooker on medium heat and add one teaspoon of oil.

3-: Once the oil is hot, fry the vegetables. Here I have mixed 1 cup cabbage, 2 carrots, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 cup peas, 2 potatoes, one onion, half a capsicum, one teaspoon salt, and one cup water and cooked it till three whistles.

4-: After the vegetables are cooked well, mash them well with the help of a ladle and make sure that there are no lumps in the vegetables.

5-: Now add 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, and 1 teaspoon kasoori methi, and mix and cook by adding 2 cups of water.
6-: After cooking for about 5 minutes, check the salt, add 100 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, and mix in the vegetables. Vegetables are ready.

7-: Keep the griddle on medium heat and heat two spoons of butter. Place the prepared bhaji on the side of the griddle and fry it with spiced butter by placing a pav in the middle. Fry the pav with bhaji on both sides.

9-: Both pav and bhaji are ready. Serve pav bhaji with lemon, coriander, chopped onions, and butter.
