Veg Sandwich Recipe We can make in many ways, but today I am going to make a vegetarian sandwich on a tawa. in which onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, butter, mayonnaise, and some spices are included. This is a quick recipe. You can make it quickly for breakfast, brunch, or whenever work is late. When I made this veggie sandwich at home, it tasted better. You can also try this veg sandwich recipe to make it at home.

How to make veg sandwich at your home ?

Making a sandwich at home is as easy as typing “sandwich near me” on the internet, so we make a veggie sandwich in our kitchen. Assume that I have ordered online and the delivery boy has reached home and the sandwich is ready.

1. To make a vegetable sandwich, we have to wash all the vegetables properly.

2 . Here I have used tomato, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves, and cabbage. You can choose vegetables as per your choice.

3 . Cut all the washed vegetables and grate them, then keep them in a bowl.

4 . Add mayonnaise and mix well. Mayonnaise makes sandwiches delicious.

5 . After mixing mayonnaise in the vegetable, add chaat masala and black salt and mix.

6 . Heat the pan on medium heat.

7 . Cut the brown edge of the bread (optional)

8 . Apply butter to both slice of the bread.

9 . Take out the bread slices and roast them lightly on a griddle, applying butter as needed.

10 . Put the mixer paste on top of the one bread slice and cover it with another slide.

11. Roast the filled bread slices on the griddle, and after roasting well, adding ghee as needed, roast them on the other side as well.

Cut into triangle.

12 . Now that your vegetable sandwich is ready, take it out, keep it on a plate, and cut it diagonally from the seed.

13 .You can serve it hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.

Notes

 Bread . Use any bread of your choice, like white , multigrain or brown bread.
Veggies . Add vegetables as per choice like regular tomatoes, cucumber, onion and etc
Toast . You can toast the bread on a tawa if you did’t have a sandwich maker or griiler.
Vegan . Use mayo and butter, you can use chose as well, as per your choice.
